Seppe is an environmental and public law lawyer specializing in spatial planning, environmental law, sustainability, and housing. His practice is primarily focused on three key areas: complex due diligence for transactions, navigating permit procedures and government relations, and, when necessary, managing administrative appeals.
Seppe aims to distill complex environmental law into clear language and pragmatic, actionable solutions. As a certified nitrogen expert, he combines legal expertise with a broader, practical perspective. He shares his knowledge as a lecturer at the Center for Post-Academic Education (CPO), by providing in-house courses, and through publications in professional journals on climate law.
Prior to founding Mobius in 2022, Seppe was a member of the Projects & Real Estate team at A&O Shearman in Amsterdam and worked as an ESG lawyer in New York. He completed two master’s degrees and the honors program at Radboud University in 2012.
