Lodewijk Vonken specializes in corporate law, with a strong focus on projects and transactions in the renewable energy sector. He advises (international) investors, financial institutions, and project developers on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and various commercial contracts.
Lodewijk has extensive experience with projects and transactions related to (battery) storage, (renewable) gas, geothermal energy, wind, and solar. In 2022, he further deepened his expertise by completing the specialization program in Mergers & Acquisitions at the VU Law Academy.
Before joining Mobius in May 2025, Lodewijk worked at Stek, Freshfields, and Baker McKenzie. Lodewijk graduated from Leiden University in 2016, with a specialization in corporate law.
