Over the years, Jonathan has built a strong track record in the (turnkey) development, construction, and acquisition of a wide range of real estate projects. He advises both local and international investors on complex acquisitions, joint ventures, and lease structures. Jonathan is known for combining commercial insight with a practical understanding of the market and for translating legal complexity into clear, workable solutions.

Jonathan earned his law degree from VU University Amsterdam and completed the postgraduate specialization course in Real Estate Law at the renowned Grotius Academy. Before joining Mobius, he gained experience at top-tier firms including Stibbe and Allen & Overy.
